Act as business development relationship manager for municipal public sector accounts throughout Eastern Missouri with primary calling emphasis in St. Louis, Metro area. Candidate will manage overall customer portfolio profitability, develop and implement effective new business prospecting plan, customer maintenance calling program and relationship cross-selling strategy.  Candidate must have demonstrated sales capability, commitment to excellence in providing customer service, and strong written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be a team player, able to work independently and in teams providing support to others as needed.  Direct knowledge of and experience in selling treasury management products are strongly preferred.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to ten years of commercial lending experience
- Three or more years of management/supervisory experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
