Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience plus one or more of the following:

•     Experience as a Comptroller/Controller or Finance/Accounting Manager for a Government agency.
•     Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
•     Knowledge of Federal Financial management/accounting regulations such as FASB, GASB and/or FASAB statements, GAO Yellow Book requirements and/or OMB and US Treasury pronouncements.
•     Understanding of Internal Controls and/or A-123.
•     Business process improvement and re-engineering skills with understanding of financial controls.
•     Project management experience with understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
•     Big 4 experience a plus.
•     Security clearance a plus.
