This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

The area: Online Operations

The Online Sales and Operations team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's growing base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible - and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role: Customized Media Solutions Account Associate (AdSense)

As a Customized Media Solutions Team Member, you'll be packaging Googles network to create customized advertising solutions. Youll work with sales teams and their advertiser clients to assess client needs, and be creative to develop innovative branding solutions. Analytical and problem solving skills will help you as you develop strategies to identify the next big market opportunity and grow the business. You should possess strong operational skills and the ability to work cross functionally as you lead efforts to scale advertising solutions that youve incubated.

Additionally, you will help lead team efforts around effective campaign strategies. You're extremely proactive, efficient, and responsible, and you truly enjoy focusing on client service.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative advertising solutions that meet brand advertiser needs.
Assist consultative sales and act as a strategic campaign consultant for sales.
Present to clients and act as a branding expert to assist sales.
Perform audience research and display campaign optimization.
Identify and capture opportunities to streamline team workflow and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree.
1-2 years client service, sales, and/or business development experience.
Online marketing, or advertising experience a plus but not necessary.
Proven record of successful client interaction and creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to get things done.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
