CITY: Charlottesville STATE: Virginia COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): * Responsible for overall financial planning, reporting and analysis of Sales, Contribution Margin, Base Costs and Headcount. * Work directly with Embedded Systems GM and CFO on various finance initiatives and coordinate with GEFIP FP&A team. * Key contributor to business planning processes: GPB, SII, Op Plan, Quarterly estimates, QMI, etc. Design and implement processes to meet deadlines and consolidating inputs from global business. * Lead finance team efforts integrating analytical processes, with focus on keeping the operating teams connected to their financial targets/commitments. * Serve as finance support for HQ/shared functions leading budgeting and analysis for headcount and base costs. * Support IT/e-Business initiatives, including Embedded Reporting System and ERP/SAP implementation. * Maintain FP&A calendar for fiscal year and lead monthly closing meetings. * Use quality tools and digitization to drive standardization and process improvements within Embedded Systems finance. * Manage global FP&A resources. Qualifications/Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of financial experience including general accounting knowledge, reporting, analysis and project management. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent verbal/written communication skills to clearly and concisely report results. * Experience leading a team. ============================================== Desired: * CPA/MBA. * FMP, EFLP or CAS. * Six Sigma Certified. * Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Attention to detail with emphasis on "triangulating data points" in financial review to ensure deliverables are connected with operating plans. * Proven ability to lead others while driving positive change. * Ability to work cross-functionally.
