We are looking for General Managers candidates who…

Our GMs assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered while maximizing restaurant profitability. This is accomplished by being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions and instilling pride and accountability in team members. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems, while complying with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. Managers will build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.

We are looking for customer-focused people who show initiative, leadership skills, critical thinking and execute.

 

Our paid 8 week training program focuses on making you a productive and profitable Manager, We want you to succeed!!

Job Skills/Requirements:

High School Diploma or some college (Bachelors degree is a plus ) Basic accounting and cash management knowledge Excellent customer service skills Good quality work history 2 years successful restaurant management experience is a plus, but not required Be able to work in a high volume work environment with endurance, energy, and excitement. Must be capable of working 55 hours per week  (including nights and weekends)

General Managers earn a competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus based on performance.  GMs earn $43k-$55k total cash compensation plus benefits.
