This Boston based private equity firm owns and operates several small businesses in New England is looking for a General Manager / COO for a business located in Southern New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a hands-on executive with extensive experience in running a manufacturing company and must have a minimum of five years of P&L experience. Candidate must be an effective manager of people.

Duties include management of all aspects of manufacturing operation, improvement of manufacturing efficiencies, customer support, development of Sales and Marketing organization, expansion of market share, preparation of annual budget, and periodic forecast and Board presentations.
