DSC’s Field leaders represent the company’s foundation.  Currently we are interviewing for a General Manager for the Columbia, South Carolina area market. 

 

Qualified management candidates should possess a mix of proven abilities from their career in one or more of the following areas: management, collections and business development as they relate to inventory financing, commercial and / or consumer lending.   

 

Summary of Main Responsibilities:

Establish, build and maintain a DSC branch office within a defined market.Build a solid lending team of employees through recruiting, training, constructive feedback, positive reinforcement and leading by example. Develop an aggressive sales and marketing game plan leading with customer, auction and manufacturer field based visits. Maintain a consistent level of performance as it relates to each branch’s delinquency and write off tolerances. Educate and maintain the company’s strong sense of urgency culture / philosophy. Endorse and market the company’s ancillary product line up through the branch team. Meet target or higher level of performance as it relates to branch goals / budgets. Oversee and assist Field Service Reps and branch staff to ensure goals are met.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
