The Site Manager is responsible for all site operations and ensures efficient and profitable execution of BP's programs, policies and expectations through his/her site team. The SM creates an environment that delivers an outstanding customer experience in a clean, friendly and safe manner. The SM manages 8 to 15 hourly employees.

Job Purpose:

Manage site processes to deliver BP standards in the areas of customer service, control, compliance and safety Analyze site financials and take action as needed Control site cash and inventory Attract, hire and retain site employees Manage site employee performance and development Provide upward feedback on performance of corporate programs and issues/ideas that arise in the field

Key Responsibilities:

Project enthusiasm and excitement to build customer relationships and continue to grow base of regular customers Proactively manage site administration duties, labor scheduling, inventory replenishment and cash/shrink control Manage people development through recruitment, retention, building capabilities, driving continuous performance improvement, and administering discipline as needed Problem solve around all MPF (Marketing Performance Framework) metrics. Provide feedback as necessary to CAE (Territory Manager). Comply with all safety, security, environmental regulations, emergency operation procedures, company policies, procedures and guidelines Execute flawlessly against all retail at-site initiatives while maintaining standards to create an outstanding customer experience Manage from the register at set times on weekdays and as needed

Skills & Experience:

Passion for customer service and good people skills Prior experience in retail environment (management experience preferable) Basic computer/systems literacy (e.g., Back Office System, Word, e-mail) Knowledge of financial management (e.g., MPF metrics and performance levers) Disciplined approach to complying with standards Strong administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills Proficient in English

Qualifications:
Ability to execute above stated duties and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of two years experience in retailing, convenience or fast food industries. Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, demonstrated leadership skills and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
