General Maintenance/Plumber and General Maintenance/Carpenter

For plumber: duties to include: pipe fitting with steel threaded and flange fittings, PVC pipe, vale repair. Knowledge of steam piping in high and low pressure systems to check and repair steam traps. Ability to perform sewer rodding. Repairing diaphragm, centrifugal and gear pumps. Must be able to use gas torch arc welder, pipe threading and cutting tools, basic power tools. Recording of jobs and work safety. Preventative maintenance skills a plus.

For carpenter: experience in all types of wood working skills - framing finish work, roofing repairs, tank building and repairs. Ability to operate table saw, arm saw, joiner drill press and basic power and hand tools. Keep good records of repairs and work safety with little supervision. Other maintenance skills are a plus.
