Description:
Will support Massively Multi-player Online games via email. Will interact with technical support to insure that technical issues are resolved promptly. Will report client problems to appropriate departments to assist in the product development process. Will research game issues in order to see that corrective action is taken.
Requirements:
4-year college degree or applicable experience 2-3 years email customer service experience Knowledge of Kana is strongly preferred Experience providing technical support is preferred Prior MMO experience is a plus Excellent written communication skills are a must Strong organizational, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Impeccable grammar and spelling Strong aptitude for problem solving Self-motivated individual capable of managing work with little direct supervision Able to work closely with all members of the production team to meet deadlines Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines Strong knowledge of MS Office products Ability to handle confidential information is essential

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly DOE
