We have a Full Time Property Manager Positions available at our Riverside, San Bernardino Locations! The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial sprit to run the day to day operations of a profitable business. Guided by proven management and corporate support you will have the opportunity to shine in a Company with a Nation wide reach working at one of the most coveted location in the entire U-Store-It portfolio!

Duties include but are not limited to,

   •  Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals

   •  Managing the Accounts Receivable process

   •  Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies

   •  Light property maintenance/upkeep

   •  Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses to promote U-Store-It's          services

   •  Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques 

      as well as walk-ins to the facility

Qualifications we are looking for:

   •  Management experience in retail, hotel, equipment rental or property

      management strongly preferred

   •  Availability to work some weekends REQUIRED

   •  Clean employment background and drug test
