Responsibilities:
This position will supervise a team of Oracle Applications functional leads and business analysts supporting the company’s Oracle eBusiness suite of applications. Primary responsibilities of this position include assuming a leadership role in delivering ongoing application support, functional enhancements, and project management for global Oracle application modules.
Lead a team of Oracle functional leads and business analysts supporting the following Oracle modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Order Management, Pricing, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpenses, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, Project Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Service Contracts and Install Base. Build strong partnerships with internal customers to understand business challenges, collaborate on possible solutions, estimate project effort and costs, prioritize against constraints, and manage the service delivery processProvide hands on Oracle project management for large cross functional initiatives. Requires ability to be an effective leader for a diverse set of stakeholders including internal customers, external customers, IT team members, software vendors, and independent contractorsManage the ongoing evaluation and optimization of internal processes, IT controls, and application delivery methodologies
Requirements:
6 - 8 years hands-on Oracle Applications 11i, (11i is a MUST)Needs to have significant experience managing large scale, full life-cycle Oracle project implementations including: project scoping, design and build, testing, cutover planning and execution, and post-implementation support.3 -5 years experience as a manager with direct reportsExperience managing in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment a plus
