A growing marketing company is looking for a FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER to work directly with the Controller

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including all corresponding Journal Entries

Invoice Preparation

Monitoring daily cash position 

Banking duties; ie: account transfers, wire transfers and monitoring bank balances

Payroll preparation and benefits administration

Expense report review

Position requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of hands - on bookkeeping expereince

Must have a least 3 years of recent expereince using Quickbooks

Must be a detail oriented self-starter who can work with minimal supervision - should be able to "hit the ground running"

Must have excellent written and verbal communication
