G/L, A/P,A/R, Bank Reconciliations. Billing jobs utilizing AIA Documents, Job costing & P&L reports. Update Motor Vehicle records as needed. Weekly Payroll, Weekly Union Reporting, and processing employee expense reports. Mileage Tax and Sales Tax Reporting.

General Office duties. CompuPay and MYOB actng software a plus.
