FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER (full time or part time)

Accounting firm, DC metro area

We are a small, but highly successful accounting firm is seeking their next full charge bookkeeper to perform accounting functions for our wide range of clientele (construction, restaurants, legal, government contractors, non-profit just to name a few of the industries we represent). What makes this position unique is the opportunity to travel around the DC metro area to work at their client sites…and have flexible working hours. Rather than being ‘stuck’ behind a desk every day, you will have get to learn the ‘ins and outs’ of businesses all around Washington. The experience is invaluable. Our client list is diverse…and growing; you will never have a boring minute! This position is ideal for someone who would like to learn client services and eventually work for a large consulting firm. Fine tune your bookkeeping skills and build a stellar resume! Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks (we will get you certified); solid Excel; and Peachtree is a plus. We are looking for an energetic, confident person who can represent our company well. Competitive base salary + bonus incentive program + reimbursed mileage. Part time candidates are welcome. Relocation package available.
