EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for the right individual. Westchester, NY based specialty systems manufacturer is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
AP/AR Liason to CPA Invoicing, review invoices , statements and collections Bank & credit card reconciliation Track income & expenses Interact with vendors & clients over billing issues and others General administrative support, filing, faxing etc.
Must enjoy accounting work, and is interested in growing with the company (we are looking for long-term growth).
MUST be computer savvy and proficient in QUICKBOOKS.
