Our client currently has seven locations sold, and will continue to open franchised clinics throughout the United States through a franchise business model focused on primary care physicians.
Location: Headquarters – California
Clinic Model: This franchise clinic is a fully integrated skin care retail outlet. The mix of business in a typical location between product sales and aesthetics procedures is 50:50. The primary medical procedures include Botox, facial fillers, and laser treatments.
Position Title: Account Manager or Senior Account Manager (depending on experience).
Duties: During the first year in a territory, the Account Manager will focus on identifying physicians interested in opening a franchise. The Account Manager will source potential leads within their territory and educate physicians on the benefits of our system (quality of life, economics, etc.). Once a seriously interested physician wishes to initiate the process of becoming a franchisee, our home office will support the Account Manager in franchisee qualification assessment and the franchise sale.
It is reasonably expected that a successful Account Manager should be able to source, sell, and establish one new franchisee in their territory each quarter. During the second year, the operational emphasis for success will continue to be franchise sales, but an increased amount of time will be devoted to existing client base support.
Territory: Florida
Ideal Experience: At least five+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience required. At least two-years experience selling products or services within the Dermatology or Plastic Surgery community required. The ideal candidate has some selling or management experience with Aesthetics procedures such as Botox, Juvederm, Lasers, etc. Bright, energetic, and demonstrated achievement in top sales accomplishment desired. Great customer service skills highly desired.
Education: Four-year degree
Compensation:
Base: $45K –60K depending on experience
Bonus: $30K bonus paid for each franchise sold. Uncapped bonus. A successful account representative should earn over $100K per year in bonus if they meet their franchise sales targets.
