Position Description:
This is the perfect opportunity for a Strategic Business Development professional with proven experience and superior selling ability to drive sales for a fast growing franchise company. The Strategic Business Development professional is responsible for identifying excellent prospective Quiznos restaurant locations and selling them to existing and prospective franchisees. Building on established momentum and fully supported across all functions, you will concentrate on selling this premier business opportunity to qualified investors. Job Responsibilities:
o Build a solid knowledge base regarding franchise regulations, document execution, and site identification.
o Diligently call and manage prospects
o Enhance prospect flow by networking in your markets, attending trade shows, etc.
o Execute one-on-one sales meetings and sales seminars
o Develop strong relationships with local commercial real estate brokers and landlords
o Manage the real estate deal, including site approval by Quiznos, LOI and lease negotiation and execution
o Physical presence in your markets, travel as required to insure strong brokerage relationships and face-time with prospects
Requirements:
· A minimum of 7 years of successful selling experience in commercial real estate, franchise sales, business brokerage, or strategic sales
· Solid understanding of franchise agreements and practices
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Superior sales skills with strong proficiency in strategic and consultative selling
· Problem solving - identifying and resolving problems quickly
· Business acumen and maturity
· Proven and documented track record of consistent quota achievement
· Major account experience; proven client engagement skills including relationship- building, negotiating and closing
· Previous experience selling to the same or similar customer base
