Job Description:
This is a field and laboratory engineering position consisting of forensic field examinations and follow up lab exams involving fire losses and product failure analysis. All applicants must be willing to work and travel in adverse conditions while conducting field investigations.
Duties shall include failure analysis, code research, document research, vehicle inspections, marketing, teaching and public speaking, inspecting and evaluating fire and explosion scenes to determine area of origin and cause.
Job Requirements:
Electrical Engineers MUST be a licensed PE in Colorado or be licensed in their state and able to acquire a Colorado PE license. Experience in forensic engineering is very desirable.
Must have good work ethic, be willing to travel, and have good communication, computer , and reporting skills
Automotive, plumbing, construction, electrical, firefighting, or law enforcement knowledge or background desired.
Salary Information: Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
