SUMMARY
Manage Food & Beverage operations for the casino.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all F&B operations for the casino.
Maintains F&B programs to improve operational performance, increase revenue and satisfy customers.
Establishes and maintains F&B programs in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
Manages and develops staff to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Implements F&B policies and procedures.
Manages the F&B budget.
Negotiates with and selects vendors for procurement of food and beverage.
Monitors F&B operations and conducts profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
Conducts monthly inventory reconciliation of all food and beverages.
Collaborates with the Marketing Department in menu planning for catering functions and events.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated hospitality or F&B management experience, preferably within a casino environment. Demonstrated experience directing employees in F&B operations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or the equivalent in education and experience. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of recent and related hospitality or F&B experience, including managerial experience.
