Foam Extrusion Operator -- Temp to Hire!!!!

Direct responsibilities include - process safety, product quality, extruding at the manufacturing standard rate, yield plus assisting in the development and optimization of the manufacturing processes.

This position also functions as a teamleader.  Responsibilities include directing, coaching and teaching as required to accomplish the objectives of good manufacturing practices.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, hands-on experience i n shop floor data collection and statistical process control, ability to work effectively on independent projects and as a member or leader of a team, a high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a manufacturing atmosphere are required.
