This position can be located in Roseland, NJ or Portland, ME.

Defines, develops and provides information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external customers. Skills critical to this career path include project
management, leadership and business expertise. Responsibilities may include: Conducting research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and developing formal recommendations for presentation to management; Working with customer to generate solutions to business issues and then planning/implementing those solutions; Leading efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas; Participating in presentations for internal/external business partners; Directing managers of project sub-teams. Incumbents typically have strategic focus with long-term focus on implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards and procedures. Possess cross division/Company-wide business knowledge. Work independently and with management to scope, plan and manage complex project efforts (e.g., divisional, multiple project teams); May have supervisory responsibility.

Requirements for the FMLA Process Owner:
FMLA Subject Matter Expert - 7+ yrs of experience
Experience handling Compliance related to FMLA
Experience handling and addressing FMLA Alerts and knowledge of alert tracking systems
Extensive experience developing workflow documentation, work guidelines and process mapping
Experience working w/ IT for development / enhancements
Experience working w/ Sales for potential clients
Experience working w/ Account Management to improve inforce case process
Knowledge of and/or experience working w/ Account Management for current
FML clients or potential buy-ups
Knowledge of and/or experience working w/ claims organization to improve process excellent writing skills experience with visio, excel and other Microsoft software
Travel approximately 30%
