Requirements:
One to two years experience in business to business sales preferred; although with the right work ethic, drive and dynamic personality entry level sales experience is considered. Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort. Comfort developing relationships over the phone and face to face. Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position. Highly competitive nature. Ability to stand out individually and even more with proper industry training. Professional Image. Superior Cold Calling Skills. Self motivated and flexible. Multi task in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently. We are experiencing tremendous growth throughout our U.S. territories and are currently looking for Account Executives in multiple locations to join our team. Each of our territories is independently operated, but supported through our corporate office with training, systems support and opportunities for rewards and recognition. As an Account Executive you will be helping companies grow and enhancing their businesses with an essential service by saving them 10-20% on their current credit card processing bills. This is a substantial expense for a small business and with the obvious recession these businesses are looking to save money on this service.
Responsibilities:
Take personal responsibility for your success and use the tools provided to build your business. Call prospective businesses to introduce our savings and services that have been developed through your marketing efforts Manage the sales process from introduction of services to savings offered and delivering the submitted deal to corporate office to have them up and running smoothly. Building your sales pipeline daily/weekly with collection of business cards, setting appointments, follow up and referral calls. Daily communication with Mentor through Daily Activity Log, Weekly Summary Report and Training calls.
Average Earnings, First Year: $64,800
Experienced AE Earnings: $80,000 - $150,000+
