Currently, we are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in our Thorofare, New Jersey location. POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Systems Analyst will lead the ongoing development, support and administration of Checkpoint's financial consolidation database (MPC). This position will act in a liaison capacity between the Corporate Finance department and the Corporate IT department, in an effort to provide application and reporting process support to our global business units around the world. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain data integrity, security and training of all end users of the consolidation systems, including creating and updating all user manuals relating to the products. Conduct analyses and research on implementation methods to streamline the financial reporting and consolidation process. Respond to, investigate, and resolve issues that are related to the financial consolidation systems. Deliver solutions related to ad-hoc reporting needs. Assist in the financial planning process for the Company, including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and three-year plans. Create and maintain reports and financial models for business planning and forecasting requirements. Develop and maintain high quality documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions around the support model for the financial consolidation systems. Special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Minimum of five years experience in related field, including experience in a global organization Strong background in computer software applications Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands Good interpersonal skills Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to work well with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines Experience with Geac/Extensity (MPC) or Hyperion applications preferred Experience in using Crystal Reports preferred Oracle DBA and Web page design experience a plus We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including performance incentive plans, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement and more in an employee-focused and goal-oriented organization.
