We have offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and West Virginia;  we operate numerous commercial banking, wealth management, insurance and leasing companies.  Our Burlington and Camden County area branches have opportunities for Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR you will conduct transactions for retail and business customers, suggest appropriate products to customers and refer them to helpful sales and service associates in our branches. One year of previous cash handling experience is preferred along with a great desire to provide excellent customer service. Currently we have opportunities in these areas:

In this important role of Financial Services Representative  you will be expected to provide top-notch customer service by building enduring relationships with our customers.  You will cross-sell and open Susquehanna’s products (checking/saving accounts, loans, etc.) and services to best match the needs of our customers, monitor and track sales productivity and refer other Susquehanna financial products/services based on our customers’ needs to other affiliates (leasing, mortgage, investment, etc.), and utilize sales skills to meet team and individual sales goals. 

For a Financial Services Representative position, top candidates will possess the following:

·         At least six months of Customer Service Representative or sales experience

·         A High School Degree, GED or equivalent

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a demonstrated ability to meet set goals

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, some evenings and Saturdays
