Financial Services Executive III
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Developing, maintaining and supporting the sale of Banking, Investment and Insurance products and services
· Selling Single Premium Life, Fixed Annuity, Variable Annuity, Index Annuity and a select group of Mutual Fund products
· Developing business
· Generating and following-up on leads
· Working with prospective and existing customers to assess financial needs
· Identifying and selling the appropriate Countrywide Bank, Countrywide Investment Services and Countrywide Insurance Services products and services based on those needs
· Completing Transactions with customers or referring customers/prospective customers to Affiliates
· Strengthening Bank customer relationships
· Assisting customers with opening accounts
· Ensuring compliance with Company and regulatory requirements and guidelines
· Referring customer leads and and/or customer business to Financial Consultants, Premiere Business Bankers, Countrywide Mortgage and/or others with in Countrywide
· Conducting community-based Networking, local area Promotional Campaigns, Outbound Telemarketing and targeted Direct Marketing
· Managing and updating the Company's Tracking Systems and Contact Management Databases to maximize Sales productivity and ensure that Sales and Marketing Programs are effectively executed
· Supporting Countrywide's commitment to compliance by adhering to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and Countrywide Bank's policies and procedures
· Reporting all incidence of noncompliance to immediate Manager
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
· Associate's degree
· 1+ year(s) of related experience
· NASD Series 6 and/or 7 license
· NASD Series 63 license
· Annuity license and state-specific Insurance license
· Excellent Sales skills
· Ability to ask for and close the business
· Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
· Basic PC skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Internet
· Familiarity with Sales Tracking and/or Customer Contact software systems
· Competency and experience in the use of technology
· Excellent time-management skills
· Detail-orientation
· Self-motivation
· Knowledge basic Banking and Banking products
