Description:
A major national financial institution in College Station is immediately seeking customer service representatives for their call center. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from active and prospective account holders, providing customer service, and answering all client questions.

Requirements:
Call center & customer service experience; Financial/banking experience a big plus! Good phone presence, comfortable with handling many calls per day; Able to multi-task, talking and interfacing with a computer at the same time; Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screenings; Must be able to work a flexible schedule
