Home Ownership!  We provide financing and loan servicing to consumers purchasing manufactured housing, as well as to retailers who sell manufactured housing.

21st Mortgage has enjoyed remarkable growth since first opening its doors in October of 1995.  2007 was no exception as monthly loan originations increased an average of 21% per month.  We expect 2008 to be more of the same. Our affiliation with Berkshire-Hathaway allows our constant growth and the current Mortgage Industry crisis has no effect on our efforts.

Our entry-level position of financial counselor is a training position for all levels of our company.  They are not commission-based and are not sales-oriented.  Our teammates in these positions have a customer service mentality, a desire to learn and advance in the finance industry, good communication skills, a can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.  They don’t need any specific type of work experience or a specific degree.
