Financial Analysts - Must Have Prior Manufacturing Experience In Accounting And/or Finance

A stable vehicle maker in Georgia is searching for a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST and a
JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST.  Positions report to the Corporate Financial Manager.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

EDUCATION: 
....BS in Accounting or Finance  MBA is a plus
....Will consider Undergraduate Engineering/MBA combination

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
....Prior manufacturing experience in accounting and/or finance
....Ability to quickly understand & relate different business dynamics - good communication &
analytical skills
....Familiarity with EXCEL is required (including the ability to create macros)
....Familiarity with Access and/or databases is a PLUS (queries, forms & reports)

JOB FUNCTIONS:
....Position will perform both strategic & financial analyses, create forecasts & multi year business plans
....Assist with creating the budget, forecast & business plans
....Assist with monthly financial reporting including the variance explanations

JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
....Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
....Bachelor Degree in Science/Math or Industrial Engineering will be considered
....Will consider a new graduate
....Good communication & analytical skills. Good computer skills
....Familiarity with EXCEL is required
....Familiarity with Access and/or databases a PLUS
....Ability to work well with others & under deadlines.  Must be detail oriented

JOB FUNCTIONS:
....Position will perform financial analyses & create forecasts
....Assist with monthly variance & trend analysis
....Assist with forecasting & metrics reporting and assist in maintaining the financial reporting systems

SALARY RANGES:  $40,000 - $80,000 depending on position and experience
