Financial Analyst- Supply Chain

Responsibilities: 

Contribute to annual budgeting for G & A and Processing components of Supply ChainWeekly forecast adjustments for G & A and ProcessingMonthly close of financial activity compared to forecasted activityFinancial analysis of Volume and Cost Per Piece swingsResponsible for Access data warehouse, development and improvement to Access databases and report generationMonthly, weekly and quarterly reporting of business operations to Director and ManagersDevelop and maintain reporting tools to streamline, improve or help understand business functionsAbility to analyze complex data and apply solutions

Qualifications:

BA/BS Required in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related feildMBA a plusStrong financial analytical skillsStrong personal drive and work ethic, flexibility to support business needs for a 3 shift operations2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, supply chain, distribution, transportation and/or manufacturing environment is a plusExpert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficient in Access Databases and understanding of Visual BasicStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with different levels of managementAggressively challenge processes to drive improvementAble to understand the flow of information through multiple reportsWork well with other departments that provide and supply informationAbility to multitask and shift focus as responsibilities requireExcellent time management and organization skillsOpen minded to other's ideas but willing to communicate your ownKnowledge of Time & Attendance (Kronos a plus)
