Financial Analysis Position (PEORIA, IL.)

1. Finance or Accounting Degree

2. 4+ years in related field

3. Proficient in Excel and Word

Desired Skills

·          Prior experience related to all facets of monthly accounting cycles and procedures to include financial reporting and variance analysis. Prior experience within a publicly traded company.

·          Budgeting experience.

·          Prior experience with processing AR invoices to customer.

·          Proficient in PeopleSoft 8.9.

·          Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities & Duties (complete job description)

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly budgets and forecasts, monthly accounting close of various accounts to include preparing and posting journal entries, income statement and balance sheet analysis to include monthly reconciliation’s and variance analysis, invoicing customers, research and answer questions regarding status of invoices, status of payments and charges to accounts, complete finance contract administration, special projects as requested and monthly review of account/industry finances with operations.
