CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): The Manufacturing Finance Analyst for the Waukesha Manufacturing Operations, provides financial leadership for GE Healthcare's GoldSeal Manufacturing Operation as well as inventory accounting leadership for all three DI manufacturing operations in Waukesha, WI. Goldseal Manufacturing represents approximately $150MM in annual inventory output, $10MM in variable & base costs, 80 total headcount, and $60MM of inventory balances. Responsibilities include: * Partnering with business leaders & staff to drive operating performance and act as a champion for variable & base cost productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization, as well as inventory standard setting * Ownership for developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, Growth Playbook (3-year Outlook) and Session-II (1-year Plan) * Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on current risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions to maximize financial performance * Supporting operations in the development, analysis, implementation, and tracking of productivity & efficiency programs * Ensuring controllership & consistency of accounting processes across the operations, driving controllership awareness through the operations teams and maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in all manufacturing & financial processes * Lead standard cost, variance, labor utilization, and capacity analytics for the GoldSeal operations * Drive inventory accuracy process improvements and own all policy enforcement around consignments, discrepant material, transactional quality, obsolescence, and costing * Lead the annual physical inventory for the campus Qualifications/Requirements: This position is open to external and internal candidates. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years of financial work experience or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of six years financial work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews * Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros) * You must be legally authorized to work in the United States * You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background * You must be willing to take a drug test * You must be willing to work at our Waukesha, WI facility Desired: 1. Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing 4. Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros) 5. Fluency in English 6. Confidence / Assertiveness: possess influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives 7. Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows 8. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvement within the operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas. 9. Experience in a matrixed environment 10.
