Typically interprets, advises, or facilitates services for use by others in taking action. Decisions and actions based on direction received from general and/or senior management. Subject to functional policies, and general management direction. Responsible for the oversight of management information reports that will be used and interpreted by top levels of senior management. Requires operational or conceptual integration or coordination of activities which are relatively homogeneous in nature and objectives. Responsible for the oversight of management information reports that will be used and interpreted by top levels of senior management.  Will complete capital planning, budgeting, long range forecasting, short range forecasting, financial analytics, business cases, financial and operational reporting packets.  Graduation from a four-year college or university with major course work in financial analysis, or equivalent is preferred. The minimum work experience requirement is two (2) years of progressively responsible work experience in financial analyses pertinent to the job knowledge and abilities required for this position.
