Description: Job Summary:
As a Program Manager you will lead and influence cross funtional activities with the team of Finance, Sales Operations, and IT. As a subject matter expert, you will utilize your strong background in leading programs and related experience to positively contribute to the department's goals and vision. You will drive alignment and develop improved business processes.

Essential Functions:
The role has responsibility for a wide range of program management. You will help to ensure that departmental objectives and project deadlines are met. The essential functions of the department include:

-Expert on TrueComp Design and Implementation on Annual plans, pipeline efficiency, extracts, and reporting
-Influence prioritization of enhancements and bug fixes for Callidus Tools
-Project manage/liaison to company initiatives which impact/touch TrueComp
-Program Manager - driving timelines, testing, and deliverables on Sales Comp Programs
-Business Process Development and Documentation and Controls
-Coordination of environments to meet all business requirements in priority order
-Cross functional project support
-Coordinate and Communicate Callidus Support Status on Tickets
-Manage Calendar of TrueComp Activities, and represent activities in production meeting weekly
-Work with Finance, IT, Ops Mgmt on prioritization and scheduling conflicts
-Develop Program and Coordinate Training on Tools
-TrueComp Performance and Business Process Analysis and Metrics
-Commission Extract and Data Integration business program manager

Education and Experience:- A University Degree.- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects. Qualifications: Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills as needed to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of function.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Strong ability to work in a project based environment.

Responsibility and Interaction:
- This individual will apply broad expertise in solving problems that are unique and complex given time, budget and resource constraints.
- Demonstrate leadership and vision in determining and driving strategy decisions.

Interaction:
- This individual must work effectively with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams and with external parties.
- Limited supervision is provided, as this individual can operate, drive results, and set priorities independently.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.
- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing multiple individuals and groups.
- Often acts as mentor or facilitator.
