As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.
Job Description
The Revenue Assurance, Credit & Collections domain within the Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) service line is currently focusing on the sale and delivery of relevant solutions to clients cross industry. Accenture provides expertise in the identification of weaknesses in a company’s order-to-cash process, and delivers people, process and technology solutions that fill these gaps and deliver measurable value in four key areas:
• Reduction in DSO/ANR
• Reduction in NBD
• Reduction in OE
• Increased revenue
Due to heavy credit granting and now rising interest rates, the pace of in-bound client interest around this topic is accelerating and many organizations are now planning their implementation strategies. Accenture will increasingly be the partner of choice for major institutions to their growing challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with organizations cross-industry, delivering measurable value via technology around Order to Cash-Revenue Assurance including transaction controls, control reporting, automated and manual reconciliations, receivables, dispute management, reconciliation software, and collections
• Organizing and facilitating workshops to solicit business requirements
• Working with client subject matter experts to clarify requirements
• Documentation of functional requirements
• Effective interview techniques
• Process flow documentation
• Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience
• Identifying future state process improvements Preparation of the functional components of a design or implementation project. Assisting with development of thought-capital focused on revenue assurance technology
• Experience with revenue assurance vendors (including, but not limited to: ECTel-RADAR, WeDo, Cape, CVidya.)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 4 years of Financial Project implementation experience(requirement)
• 2 years Order to Cash-Revenue Assurance process transformation and implementation
• 1 year Revenue Assurance software experience
• 2 years Previous consulting firm experience(requirement)
• Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Revenue Assurance technology understanding and experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following SAP system areas: Collections Management, Dispute Management, Biller Direct or Credit Management
• Experience in one or more of the following Oracle System areas: Order Management, Customer Data Hub, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, iReceivables, Receivables Business Intelligence, Advanced Pricing for Order Management, Sales Contracts, Quoting, Advanced Pricing for Quoting, Order Management Configurator, Cash Management, Transportation Management, Logistics Management
• Project Management, Report Writing, Risk Decisioning Analytics, Data Warehousing
• Functional requirements gathering and validation
• Audit and compliance experience
