Job Title: Finance Manager

Description:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to be a part of our Treasury Organization. The Treasury Organization manages Metavante’s financial resources with respect to long-term and short-term funding, interest rate and foreign currency management, rating agency relations, and cash management.

The Finance Manager will work with various functional and business groups around Metavante providing a platform for future opportunities.

The Finance Manager will work directly with the Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations in the following areas:

•Developing short-term & long term cash and interest forecasts
•Performing various financial analyses, including lease vs. buy, debt payoffs, managing fixed vs. floating interest rate mix, and capital structure
•Managing foreign currency exposure
•Preparing compliance reporting for the credit facility, including performing the requirements to maintain compliance with all covenants and design and maintain a system supporting the compliance reporting activity
•Overseeing the management of investments in Metavante’s charitable foundation
•Monitoring investment performance in Metavante’s defined contribution savings plan


Requirements:
•7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
•Strong analytical experience
•MBA preferred


Experience: 5 years

Education: Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Work Exp.

Travel Required: Yes

Travel Percentage: 10
