Our client is seeking a Finance Manager. Center Finance and Contract Administration: Monitor CHC Accounts Payable and Cost Allocation Review and analyze staff travel expense reports, consultant, subcontractor and vendor vouchers for accuracy and compliance with the approved budget and client's billing requirements Work with supervisor to ensure proper allocation of expenditures to funding source and expense categories Work with supervisor to ensure that designated staff understand and monitor cost sheets/invoices from company's Accounting department against budgets and obligated funds Ensure that research and reallocation of charges on cost sheets are processed as necessary With supervisor assistance, analyze cost sheets to provide accurate financial information to CHC staff as needed Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly center-and contract-level status reports for CHC management to monitor revenue and other financial indicators Oversee preparation of client monthly, quarterly, annual and contract-to-date financial reports and other financial reports as needed - for supervisor review Review company vouchers for accuracy and compliance with clients' billing requirements Budget Preparation and Tracking: Draft project and proposal budgets, modifications, and cost estimates Monitor overall project, task, and development budgets to ensure activities are within budget through the maintenance of a CHC pipeline system Contracts and Billing Management: Work between CHC and company Accounting, Billing, and Contracts departments on related issues/activities Process contractual documents for CHC and track internal company processes Manage solicitation processes for the procurement and acquisition of goods and services, and advise staff on parameters for the scope and complexity of projects Learn company procurement systems sufficiently to provide firm To be considered, candidates must have relevant experience. Any additional relevant experience would be beneficial.
