Large National multi-division company in a fast growing industry is opening a Pacific Division office in Fontana. They are hiring a Finance Director to oversee this Business Unit and report to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. They are seeking a highly motivated and very sharp individual with a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude. They are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a controller or senior finance leader. A MBA, CPA, or CMA is required. The Finance Director is responsible for financial reporting, weekly analysis of key metrics, supervision and review of the accounting processes, and management of the budgeting and the forecasting process. The salary range is $100K - $130K plus bonus of 10-20%. This is not a general ledger position but a heavy analysis position and the company is seeking an individual who has prior experience in a similar position. Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance and MBA, CPA or CMA is required. Also candidate must be highly intelligent with very strong analytical skills and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
