Your tasksSummary:
Support the Microsoft Customer Service Department regarding financial transactions in the SAP system. These include payment search in the system, accepting credit card information from customers, resolving customer disputes, and Knowledge of Several Microsoft programs. Assists Finance Management team with financial projects such as customer dispute resolution, customer status and other task/issues.
General Duties:
Secure payments for 6 Microsoft programs
Receive incoming calls from customers
Accept credit card payments over the phone
Communicate with customers via phone/ and white mail Input customer subscription payment orders
Reject payment orders based on Microsoft program non-payment guidelines
Collections for 2 Microsoft net 30 day programs Manage daily reports ensuring that all task are completed each day
Research customer's disputes/ credit card chargeback
Process customer's request for refund/ credits
Updating customer information on Microsoft's web-based tools Training of new employees And other duties assigned
Our requirementsMinimum:
High School diploma & 2-year experience in Customer Service call center environment.
Target: 1 & 2-years experience in a call center environment, knowledge of credit card transactions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, typing, verbal & written communication and Internet skills.
Ability to work independently and detail orientated
