An exciting opportunity within Global Revenue Accounting Operations for a process oriented person to lead and drive forecasting analytics and global process improvements. This position requires process leadership, cross functional collaboration, strong communication skills, and the ability to see the big picture but still have a thorough understanding of the details. The candidate will be a sponsor for increasing Channels Revenue forecast accuracy and analysis by partnering with Finance teams and other business partners Responsibilities: A critical requirement of the role is to continue to look for opportunities to improve process effectiveness in order to drive effective contra-revenue forecasts. Therefore, the candidate must have an interest in increasing productivity and driving process improvements. The person should have strong communication skills, which are needed to provide senior management recommendations. Ownership for the WW channels contra-revenue forecast process Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives to drive global process improvements Develop forecasting metrics in order to increase accountability and improve forecast accuracy Drive the month-end/quarter-end close process for channels revenue accounting Provide management reporting and analytics as needed The following skills are required for this position: A well developed business and finance acumen with years of business experience is required An understanding of revenue accounting Candidate needs to be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be team oriented Candidate must also be an independent worker with very good communication skills The following skills would be beneficial for a candidate to possess: The candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge of the business, be able to engage with cross functional teams, and provide valuable support to management General, cost or business unit expertise with demonstrated skills in business partnership, forecasting, budgeting or accounting.
