FINANCE SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity within Supply Chain Finance supporting the Global Business Operations group. This position has key financial and business leadership responsibilities supporting the strategic initiatives of GBO and cross functional projects within the Supply Chain Finance team.

Responsibilities:

Financial support of and guidance to GBO organization, encompassing emerging market opportunities, risk management, virtual spend, org & development, business intelligence, and supplier compliance programs Drive ad hoc financial modeling and analysis on strategic GBO initiatives Participation on cross-functional initiatives within SC Finance Monthly close of expense and analysis of variances Quarterly budgeting and analysis of expense and headcount The following skills are required for this position: This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and personal skills; attention to detail; and ability to multi-task. Candidate must be able to partner with all levels of management to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate and timely reporting. Success in this role will require the ability to work efficiently, assertively present ideas and opinions, collaborate with operations and finance teams in solving business challenges and influence the decision-making process. Manages, leads and monitors both the financial and operational business processes to achieve overall business and company objectives. Establishes the affordability criteria and/or business volume objectives for the enterprise and supports/partners with operating management in the planning and implementation of client group strategies. Demonstrated skills in business partnership, forecasting, budgeting or accounting. Understands how Cisco's business processes differ from competitors; responsible for achieving goals that may affect costs, personnel and deadlines Develops financials for project, program or functional plans; demonstrates knowledge of business project, program or function to integrate strategies, linking financial goals and business profitability. Manages projects or programs in Finance; may lead cross functional teams. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with milestones and processes outlined to meet objectives; delegates assignment to others Discusses and makes technical presentations concerning specific projects or business issues Responsible for achieving results that will affect project, function or program costs, personnel and deadlines; is viewed as a valued resource by peers; partners with client groups, taking ownership of their objectives to achieve business results.
