Executive Recruiters must take the time to understand their candidates' career aspirations and professional goals and matching those needs with the needs of their clients. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (required) CPA, Big 4 experience, or an MBA (preferred, but not necessary) Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience Recruiting or sales experience (is a plus, but not a must) Experience/knowledge within the accounting or finance field (very helpful) The aforementioned experience most times decreases your ramp-up time The ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence decision makers and executives (a must) Strong business acumen, personal integrity, and a high internal commitment to achieve success Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills (essential) Desire to achieve excellence and the ability to work independently (a must0 Desire to work in a fast paced work environment with highly motivated teammates (a must)
