As our firm continues to grow, we are currently seeking individuals for several additional Field Supervision Director positions in our Compliance department at our St. Louis headquarters. This challenging position includes overseeing branch offices across the country. Candidates must have held a Series 7 license for a minimum of 2.5 years, and acquire Series 63, 9, 10, and 24 licenses within three months of hire. Responsibilities
Supervise and support Financial Advisors and branch staff to ensure firm policies and industry regulations are adhered to.
Review branch trade activity on a daily basis.
Travel three to five times per year to conduct supervisory visits, present at various regional meetings, or attend occasional industry meetings and conferences.
Respond to communication wires, e-mails, and phone calls in a timely manner.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business-related field is preferred, but not required.
Series 7 license held for at least 2.5 years.
Series 63, 9, 10, and 24 licenses must be obtained within three months of hire.
Willingness to travel three to five times per year to conduct supervisory visits, make presentations, or attend meetings/conferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong conflict-management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible and a strong team player.
Self-starter with the ability to make reasoned judgements.
