A permanent position is currently available through Kelly Scientific Resources, the leader in scientific staffing services. This opening is ideal for Biomedical Engineering Technician. Our client is a well-established sterilizer maintenance and repair company They are looking for someone to cover the New Jersey territory. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing market that offers a lot of independence for those with an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this position is to serve healthcare customers by servicing all makes and models of sterilizing equipment, operating room tables and lights. This person will be repairing and performing preventive maintenance on equipment in an assigned territory by responding to problems, conducting tests, diagnosing problems, & completing repairs. In addition this person will be maintaining accurate records. The client is seeking someone with 2-3 years experience as a BMET, good customer service, selling to customers needs, comfortable with presenting and understanding technical information.
