Primary responsibilities include: *Troubleshoot, repair and inspect medical equipment in accordance with call escalation policy. *Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of system. *Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. *Compliance with company standard operating procedures to include FDA, EHS and SOP. *Timely completion of field service administrative requirements. *Assist other FSE's. *Exhibit boundary-less behavior. *Travel within and outside territory, occasionally overnight. *Occasional Heavy lifting up to 75 lb-100 lbs. *Team effectively with cross-functional members. *Work with unyielding personal integrity. Qualifications/Requirements: *Associates degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology, related Military training or equivalent electronics, electrical, computer or biomedical experience of at least three years. *Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required. *Drivers license and good driving record required. *You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background. *You must be willing to take a drug test. *You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Desired: *Bachelor's degree *Experience in medical equipment service preferred. *Previous field service experience preferred. *Excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal effectively with customers. *A+/MCSC preferred Ability to multi-task.
