Field Service Engineer – Process Analyzers and Instrumentations

I am currently working with a worldwide manufacturer of process analyzers and instrumentation. The markets served presently include power generation, metals refining and production, pharmaceutical research and manufacturing, natural gas, refining and petrochemicals, air separation and industrial gas production, combustion control for boilers and process heaters, thermal oxidizer control, and many more. They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer with a minimum of 5 years direct experience. This person must be capable of troubleshooting analog, digital, and microprocessor electronics and vacuum systems. Must be familiar with the use of required test equipment including DVM, oscilloscope, and soldering iron and associated wiring/mechanical tools.

Background Requirements:

·                A.S. degree in electronics preferred

·                5-8 years of direct experience within the electrical engineering field

·                Must know way around facilities such as refineries, chemical plant, etc. 

Scope of Position:

·         Complete support of field repairs

·         Assure complete customer satisfaction and department profitability

·         Troubleshooting assistance

·         Provide customer product training

Offering:

·         Base Salary of $45K - $70K based on experience
