POSITION: Field Sales Manager, Small Commercial Business Unit

Guardian, Armstrong’s Security Division consistently ranks as one of the fastest growing security alarm companies in what continues to be one of the fastest growing and technically advanced industries in the world.  Our continued success and new product offerings has led to the need for a FIELD SALES MANAGER who will lead our small business / commercial sales team.

 

 Position Description 

Ø       Maintain a staff of sales representatives who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts.

Ø       Sell products and services to new and existing accounts that include high-speed Internet, Business Telephone Services, Security solutions and much more.

Ø       Maintain and exceed established sales quotas

Ø       Assist in the development of budget and sales forecasts

Ø       Plan, implement and coordinate commercial sales operations between Armstrong and Guardian Protection Services

 Qualifications

 

·         A minimum of 5 years sales experience as well as 3 years of managing commercial sales teams is preferred.

·         Excellent Coaching/Leadership Skills

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         An eye for detail and a proven track record managing sales teams
