We are seeking an Field Recruiter for our Clinical Network Management Department for the New Jersey area

The primary function of this position is to recruit providers to participate in ASH Network, educate provider and office staff of ASHN administrative guidelines, problem solve and  travel within state as well as nationally, up to 80% of the time, for face to face meetings.

EDUCATION:

·         Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 

·         Minimum three years experience in managed care or health care; experience with health care recruiting or contract negotiations preferred. 

·         Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access required.

·         Valid residential state drivers license with good driving record. Availability of automobile for on the job use and proof of insurance.

·         Must have acceptable credit to qualify for a company American Express Card.
