OBJECTIVE

Meet or exceed targets for the sale of parts through distributors by providing assistance and advice to distributors regarding parts availability, inventory levels, prices, parts programs, procedures and objectives.



PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage (in partnership with other Field Staff) the Business relationship with Bobcat Dealers.

2. Establish effective communication within departments of the Bobcat Dealerships

3. Strive to insure that the goals for parts performance are being met and assist when desired levels are not achieved

4. Provide training for Bobcat dealers and non-parts Bobcat personnel.

5. Integrate Ingersoll Rand product to the dealers and their customers.

6. Review dealer performance on a yearly basis through Dealer Parts Review Process.
