Field Marketing


Your Responsibilities:
* Co-develops distributors business plan (training/selling/promotional program) for key accounts and core accounts.* Proactively analyzes market information.* Customizes National programs and promotions to meet local market needs.* Provides feedback and contributes input toward development of annual PLC channel marketing plan.* Communicates marketing programs to key distributor personnel.* Performs market analysis of specific trading areas to identify end user segment opportunities and distributor profiles to target new business.* Leads field implementation of new product introductions.* Develops and implements new marketing programs and provides feedback from influencers in the value chain.


Your Profile:
We are looking for a High Potential candidate whom is ambitious and willing to grow within the role and Philips. The individual in this position will be based in the Mid West. You must have an MBA at least 3 years relevant work experience ideally in Marketing/Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thinks out the box, works hard and has exciting fresh ideas.
